$50 — Clients who no shows a scheduled session or late cancels (within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment), will be charged a separate fee at the patients expense. Late fees are not paid by insurance companies.

We accept all major credit cards. Before initial sessions, clients must leave a credit card on file. Empower Counseling, PLLC will charge the card on file for payment after each session for co-pays and/or private pay.
$50 — At our practice, we understand that unexpected events can happen, yet in order to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to our clients, we ask that you please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We appreciate that you understand last minute cancellations and missed sessions may have an impact on other clients and our schedule. Therefore, we have a late cancellation and no show fee policy.
Effective January 1, 2022, the No Surprises Act, which Congress passed as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, is designed to protect patients from surprise bills for emergency services at out-of-network facilities or for out-of-network providers at in-network facilities, holding them liable only for in-network cost-sharing amounts. The No Surprises Act also enables uninsured patients to receive a good faith estimate of the cost of care.
